The Consummation of all Things

Following the judgment, all things will be made new in the age to come—the consummation of all things—as revealed in Revelation 21:5: “Then He who sat on the throne said, ‘Behold, I make all things new.’ And He said to me, ‘Write, for these words are true and faithful.’”

In the new heaven and the new earth, there will be no sin, death, sorrow, or pain. The redeemed will dwell forever in the presence of God Almighty and the Lamb. From the splendor of the New Jerusalem to the river and tree of life, we will share in His glory and enjoy Him forever (Revelation 21–22).
